  • Does your product can be customized with my requirement?

    Yes, of course. We have independent R&D capability with structure engineer, electrical system engineer and cooling system engineer, which enable us to keep flexibility on customer’s requirements, including product size, temperature range, product color, etc.


  • After an order is placed, when to deliver?

    Generally, about 25-30 days, If we have inventory, we can arrange shipment within 7 days. Please be aware that our production lead times depend on specific items and item quantities.
