20c/min Rate Programmable Ess Chamber

Recently, Yuanyao team has launched a 20c/min ESS chamber for optical devices. This product can meet the cooling and heating requirements of linear 20/min. Almost all-optical devices have to undergo high and low-temperature cycle tests before leaving the factory.

Different materials have different coefficients of thermal expansion, and it is only in an environment with rapid temperature changes that the material can be verified for the risk of failure. Rapid rate temperature change test chamber is at least 15 ° C / min. at 85 ° C and -40 ° C, it must stay long enough.  For an optical module in indoor applications, it is ok to perform 100 cycles, and for an outdoor module, 500 cycles are required.
