What is the composition of the high and low temperature test chamber? What are the steps to use the chamber and how to deal with the problem when the compressor fails? This article briefly introduces these issues.
The high and low temperature test chamber has one main unit and one auxiliary unit. When the cooling rate is large, the two groups of units work at the same time, and at the beginning of the temperature maintenance stage, the two groups of units still work at the same time.
If the low temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber cannot be controlled, we must first check the refrigeration compressor, electrical system, and refrigeration system.
The analysis of electrical system of refrigeration compressors: first observe whether the refrigeration compressors in the high and low temperature test chamber can be started during operation. If the compressor of the high and low temperature test chamber can be started in the process of operation, it means that the electrical lines from the main power supply to the compressor are normal, and there is no problem in the electrical system.
The analysis of refrigeration system: first check the two sets of refrigeration compressor units in the high and low temperature test chamber. If the exhaust and suction pressures of the low temperature level compressors are lower than normal values, and the suction pressure is in an evacuated state, this indicates that the refrigerant of the main refrigeration unit is obviously insufficient.
Then touch the exhaust and suction pipes of the R23 compressor of the main units of the high and low temperature test chamber with your hand. If it is found that the temperature of the exhaust pipe is not high, and the temperature of the suction line is not low (not frosted), it also shows the lack of R23 refrigerant in the main unit of high and low temperature test chamber.
When the temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber is initially stabilized, the auxiliary unit will stop working, and the main unit will maintain the temperature reduction and stability. If the R23 of the main unit of the high and low temperature test chamber leaks, the cooling effect of the main unit will not be great. Since the two units work at the same time during the cooling process, there is no phenomenon that the temperature cannot be stabilized, but the cooling rate is reduced.
In the temperature maintenance stage, once the auxiliary unit stops working and the main unit has no cooling effect, the air temperature in the high and low temperature test chamber will slowly rise. When the temperature rises to a certain level, the control system will start the auxiliary unit again to cool down, and then the auxiliary unit of the high and low temperature test chamber stops working again. If this is repeated, there will be a failure phenomenon that the low temperature cannot be maintained. Then it is confirmed that the cause of the failure of the high and low temperature test chamber is the leakage of refrigerant R23 of the low temperature (R23) level unit of the main refrigeration unit.
