How to Maintain and Fix the High and Low Temperature Test Chamber?

The high and low temperature alternate humidity and heat test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components and their materials in storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments. I believe that users may encounter some abnormal situations about the high and low temperature test chamber, so how to solve these abnormal situations?


When we are doing the test with the high and low temperature alternate humidity and heat test chamber:


1. If there is a big difference between the actual humidity and the displayed humidity in the high and low temperature test chamber, the following 3 steps should be done:


(1) Check the water supply system of the humidification system: whether there is a certain amount of water in the water supply system, and whether the water level control of the humidification boiler is normal.


(2) Whether the water level of the humidification boiler is normal, or whether the wet ball gauze loses its effect due to long-term use. If so, please replace the gauze.


(3) If the above conditions are normal, then check the electrical control system, which should be repaired by professional maintenance personnel.


2. If the high and low temperature test chamber fails to lower the temperature to a low level or cannot cool down, check the following 5 accessories:


(1) If the compressor is damaged or not turned on, replace the compressor and check whether the control compressor circuit and control components are damaged.


(2) If the refrigerant leaks, use the nitrogen leak detection method to find the leak point, weld, vacuumize, add refrigerant, and debug again.


(3) If the solenoid valve is abnormal, replace the solenoid valve and check the control circuit of the solenoid valve.


(4) If the capillary tube is blocked, replace the capillary tube, replace the drying filter, blow out the impurities in the condensation system with nitrogen, and add refrigerant for debugging.


(5) If the condenser freezes, directly heat up and dry the moisture in the chamber and then cool down.


3. If the high and low temperature test chamber does not heat up or the high temperature cannot reach, check the following two accessories:


(1) If the heating tube is damaged, replace it.


(2) If the solid-state relay is damaged, replace it.


4. If there is water leakage in the high and low temperature test chamber, check the following 3 accessories:


(1) Check whether the water pipes, water cups, humidification buckets, and water tanks are normal. If there is any abnormality, use raw material bags for inspection or seal with high temperature resistant neutral glass glue.


(2) Check whether the sealing in the chamber is OK. If there is any abnormality, seal it with high temperature resistant neutral glass glue.


(3) Check whether the insulation of the refrigeration system is normal. If there is any abnormality, wrap it with insulation cotton to strengthen the insulation.
