Do You Know What the Consumables of the Constant Temperature and Humidity Aging Test Chamber Are?

When the constant temperature and humidity aging test chamber is undergoing tests, it will produce some consumption, which has subtle changes. But do you know which consumables are for the constant temperature and humidity aging test chamber? Let's share with you the consumables of the constant temperature and humidity aging test chamber.

The consumables of the constant temperature and humidity aging test chamber are divided into four categories.

1.Electricity

Without electricity, the machine cannot start, which requires 380V electric current grounded. Electricity is relatively consumed during use, and the amount of electricity for turning on the cooling and not on is definitely different.

2. Water

There is no doubt that as long as the humidity function is turned on, water will be consumed, which varies with the temperature and humidity, and the amount of water consumed will also change accordingly. If the constant temperature and humidity aging test chamber is used to achieve 95% humidity at 55 degrees, the water consumption is the largest, about 0.5 liters per hour. In theory, we all think that high temperatures and high humidity will consume more water. On the contrary, comparing 55 degrees Celsius and 95% humidity and 85 degrees Celsius and 98% humidity, there is a larger water consumption of the former because the high-humidity situation is built automatically at a high temperature of 85 degrees Celsius.

3. Wet ball gauze

At present, the temperature and humidity equipment of the constant temperature and humidity aging test chamber adopts the dry and wet ball comparison method; then, we will need to use damp ball gauze. When the equipment leaves the factory, the manufacturer will provide one roll as standard, which can be used for one to two years. The frequency of replacement should be determined from the test time and the degree of the stiffness and yellowish tinge of the gauze.

4. Refrigerant

Some people think that refrigerants are not considered consumables because they need to be refilled for a long time (about three to five years), whose period is for brand products. Some new equipment needs to be replenished once in one or two months after using, which is the equipment manufacturing process problem. The compressor has leaks and needs to be checked and repaired.
