Ⅰ. Load test of constant temperature and humidity chamber

Confirm whether the customer needs to bring load test. The load in the environmental test is divided into non-heating load and heat-generating load. The product tested without power or no heat is non-heating load. This kind of load has no effect on the testable temperature and humidity range of the constant temperature and humidity chamber, but only affects the rise and fall. The temperature and the time of raising and lowering humidity have an effect; the test product that needs to be energized and will emit heat is a heating load. This load test has a relatively large impact on temperature and humidity. Different temperature and humidity points can withstand different loads. In this kind of test, the calorific value should be estimated. If the estimation is not accurate, it should be appropriately enlarged. If the load capacity of the standard constant temperature and humidity test box is exceeded, the appropriate model should be selected according to the demand load.

Some samples do not need to be energized during the test. Such samples are generally called static loads. This situation is easier to handle. More often, the samples need to be energized for work or testing during the constant temperature and humidity chamber test. Some are energized throughout the process, and some are energized at a specified time point and under specified temperature and humidity conditions. The duration of power-on and the time of power-on, temperature and humidity conditions must be confirmed.
